All Sales Are Final
Once a payment is completed and an order is placed, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been processed.

No Change of Mind: We kindly ask that you review your fragrance selections carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges if you do not like a scent.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We take utmost care in packaging your bottles safely. However, if your order arrives severely damaged in transit (e.g., a broken or leaking bottle) or if you received the incorrect product:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Send your order number along with clear photo or video proof of the damaged packaging and product to our customer support team.

If verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact same item to be shipped to you. No monetary refunds will be issued.
