All Sales Are Final

Once a payment is completed and an order is placed, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been processed.

  • No Change of Mind: We kindly ask that you review your fragrance selections carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges if you do not like a scent.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We take utmost care in packaging your bottles safely. However, if your order arrives severely damaged in transit (e.g., a broken or leaking bottle) or if you received the incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send your order number along with clear photo or video proof of the damaged packaging and product to our customer support team.

  • If verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact same item to be shipped to you. No monetary refunds will be issued.
