1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after your payment is successfully completed.

  • You will receive a confirmation Whatsapp message once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timelines & Rates

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the of placing order

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking link via  WhatsApp.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's portal.

4. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Correct Information: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are completely accurate at checkout. Because our system processes payments and orders immediately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.

  • Failed Delivery: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses or if the customer is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts by our courier partner.

5. Damaged in Transit

As noted in our Return Policy, we take great care in wrapping our fragrance bottles. However, if your bottle arrives broken or leaking due to transit transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof so we can arrange a replacement.
