  • Prepaid Orders Only: We only accept online prepaid payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not available.

  • Immediate Processing: Once your payment is successfully completed, your order is locked into our system and cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

3. Strict Final Sale Policy

  • No Refunds or Returns: All sales are final. Because fragrances are personal care items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances (including change of mind or personal scent preference).
